This exception occurs when the TS demand model component modeling method is set to "UCM" or "UCM_WINTERS" in the MODEL_TYPE_CODE model specification.
To work around this error, disable your model group, and rerun batch estimation. Alternatively, you choose a MODEL_TYPE_CODE that is not "UCM" or "UCM_WINTERS".
